DIVIDE AND CONQUER

Element acted as soon as it appeared that COVID-19 was going to alter the way we work.  They split their small business into 2 teams so staff could be in the office on certain days without breaching social distancing rules.

UPSKILLED AND DIVERSIFIED

The Directors spent an entire weekend working out what Job Keeper meant for their clients and how it could be leveraged to allow business owners to continue through the downturn in business. Then they allocated certain tasks of the process to different team members and enabled them to upskill and take ownership of their area of responsibility.

COMMUNICATED AND UNPACKED

They have consistently communicated with all their clients, offering them an easy, step-by-step plan to outsource the job keeper application process to Element for a small additional fee.

They also partnered with their SME colleagues to share their knowledge, expertise and their campaign to the collective client bases on mass.
